On January 29, SEU hosted the closing ceremony for the Jean Monnet Module project, “The European Green Deal – Just Transition in Education.” The event was held in a roundtable format to present the project’s key outcomes and achievements.
Experts involved in the project shared their opinions and evaluations. The discussion also covered the challenges faced during the project’s implementation.
The event was interactive, giving participants the chance to ask questions and engage in discussions. These events are important for future research and teaching on the European Green Deal, as well as for the implementation of similar projects.
The project ran for three years and focused on researching, teaching, and raising awareness about the EU’s Green Deal. A university course was developed, a summer school and certificate course were organized, and research was conducted, leading to the publication of an academic article. The project aimed to share European experiences with green policies and promote related values in society.
