Dr. Irakli Samkharadze is a notable figure in the realm of energy, climate and European Union law in Southeast Europe. Holding a Ph.D. in Energy Law and an LL.M. degree in International and European Public Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Irakli's academic and professional journey has been defined by his dedication to sustainable energy markets and legislative navigation. His roles as an Associate Professor and Project Manager illustrate his commitment to education and research. Notably, Irakli's contributions extend to prestigious institutions like KU Leuven, FU Berlin and University of Jena, where he has conducted comprehensive research in energy and climate law over the course of years. Irakli is also an accomplished author, with a focus on EU law external effects, energy law, climate change, and the Energy Community. His work has garnered recognition through academic awards and prominent publications. Currently, Irakli is Energy Advisor at OMNIA GmbH.

A graduate of the Faculty of Public Administration and Politics, Lili's commitment to community involvement and youth advocacy is evident through her roles and initiatives.
From the internship at the Ministry of Science and Education of Georgia to her role as a volunteer at UNICEF, Lili has immersed herself in projects that promote equal education opportunities and foster social inclusion through well-structured public administration practices. Her organizational prowess is evident as she coordinates projects at the European Integration Research Center, where she contributes to impactful initiatives.

His contributions are grounded in his previous research positions as a Post-Doctoral Assistant at Hasselt University and visiting scholar at Columbia Law School.

Economist, political scientist and psychologist. Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Member of the Polish Accreditation Committee and Accreditation Expert at National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement in Georgia. Visiting Professor at SEU Georgian National University. He started working as an academic teacher at Lazarski University in 2003. Since 2006, he has held the positions of coordinator for international relations, project coordinator, dean's representative for curriculum, and vice-dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management for curriculum and international cooperation. During his professional career, he also worked at the University of Münster, in the Public Relations industry, in the non-governmental sector and as a business trainer. He has given guest lectures in Germany, Spain, Romania, Morocco, Iceland, Georgia and Ukraine. His research focuses on ordoliberalizm, Social Market Economy, sustainable development and the European Green Deal.
